Our accommodations are situated on the only one in the city "beachfront street” – Drazhinsky str. It goes down the Massandra beach; by the way it is the best beach in Yalta. The entrance is free! There are two sectors that requiring payment, but those people who been there say it worth it.
It takes two minutes by walk to get to the beach (you can go wearing just swimming suits). And it takes 7-10 minutes by walk to get to the sea-front.

There are few options how to get to Yalta
If You came to Simferopol railway station:
Trolleybus is the safest, cheep, slow and uncomfortable way. But the positive side is that during your 3-hour trip you will be able to examine the pictorial views on the way to Yalta.
Bus is safe, quite fast and comfortable way.
Minibus is very fast and very unsafe, especially if they work illegally.
Taking taxi - it all will depend on car and driver. The price varies from 40 to 50 USD per car no matter how many people will go.
If you came to Simferopol airport then the fastest way to get to the place is taking taxi. Otherwise you should get to the railway station and use any of described options.
Cold and hot water in showers, air-conditions, satellite TV, DVD, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, ironing board are available in each room. There are kitchens in the upper and lower rooms. The heating is worm floors, also there are braziers.
Pink and green rooms are the rooms of hotel type (without kitchens), the heating is convectors.
There is a kitchen in cottage, and TV as well as DVD on each floor. All the rooms except for the cottages are available year-round. Cottage is available only from May till October.
Placing: The upper and lower rooms are for the families each 2 adults +1 kid, pink room for 2 adults only, green room for 2 adults + 1-2 kids, cottage is for the family of 4 persons.
ReservationThe reservation is possible only in case of one day staying prepaid. If you don’t arrive because of any reason the deposit is not refundable. However the reservation without prepaid is possible if you arrive at the day when previous visitors living before 12 pm.
Rules of residenceCalculated hour is 12pm. (For example even if you arrived at 11 at night you will have to pay for staying till 12 pm of the next day as if you were living the whole day). If you have late train or flight at the day of departure we have two options for you: you can pay for the whole next day or you can use our left-luggage room for free.
Rooms shall be "turnkey" which means that the cleaning is not included into the price, but linen and towels are changed each 5 days.
If you would like to have the service on hotel level (each day cleaning, each day towel change and every 3 days linen change) you will have to pay 100 UAH more each day.
Private sector
Suite rooms (for 2+1 persons) are located in three levels. The fourth
level is an outdoor terrace with the sea view: a place for recreation,
sports and sunbathing.
There is a comfortable summerhouse with kitchen as well as green
playground with swing-hammock and place for barbeque. There is a parking
place nearby the cottage. The rooms are gone in Hi-Tech style. There is
all necessary household appliances in rooms such as conditioner,
refrigerator, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, plasma TV, satellite TV.
Besides that there are big comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses.
Cold and hot water is round the clock. Heating is the warm floors. There is a laundry. The rooms are available year-round.
Cycling and not only ...Crimea and especially neighborhoods of Yalta is the unique combination of mountain landscape and special kind of nature which is specific only for the southern coast of Crimea
None of so called "tourists agencies” is offering cycling and hiking tours. Instead of that they will offer you boring to death tours to palaces and parks because it’s much easier and more profitable. Those who have been here before know about it very well.
We offer you to discover the Crimea on the other hand. It is possible by cycling or hiking. We invite all the fans of cycling and hiking to visit us.
We will help you to find another place to stay within the Drazhinsky Street if our accommodations somehow are not suitable for you.
We organize one day tours varying complexity and length intended for not experiences bikers as well as professionals. There is a bus with guide for those who’d like to go free ride and DH.
In a case you will take your own bikes the storage of it is free. If you stayed at some other place and there is no place for storing bikes you can keep it at our place for certain price.
We offer the opportunity to take advantage of our bicycles for those who’d like to travel but for some reason can’t bring his own bike or just don’t have it.
But we would like you to be warned that bikes can be borrowed only for routes of low and medium complexity.
Besides that we help to implement the maintenance and to deliver the necessary parts if needed.
The cost of cycling and hiking tours depends on the complexity of the route:
Routes low complexity - 50 UAH per person, a group of at least 5 people
Routes of average complexity - 100 UAH per person, a group of at least 4 people;
Routes of high complexity - 150 UAH per person, a group of at least 3 people
It is possible to hold the tour with a smaller group but payment of this should be paid the minimum specified number of people.

If you want to use your own bikes in the routes of medium and high complexity, your bikes should necessarily have:
1. Mountain frame
2. Disc brakes
3. Reinforced Rim
4. Rubber width of not less than 2.1 inches (Protector does not matter, but not slicks and semi-slicks, any mountain or "Street dirt” can be useful as well)
5. Mountain rudder, a minimum width of 68 cm.
The necessary equipment is:
